— Why Choose EB-5 —
The EB-5 program offers a route to a Green Card that doesn't require an employer sponsor, a job offer, or a specific skill set — only a qualifying investment.
Obtain Green Cards for you, your spouse, and unmarried children under 21 through a single investment.
A passive investment opportunity — no daily management responsibilities on your part.
Freedom to live, work, and study anywhere in the United States, unrestricted by your investment location.
— Investment Opportunity —

Premium solutions designed for your business growth
Capital is placed with a bank experienced in EB-5, held separately from operating funds until conditions are met.
An unaffiliated third party oversees fund flow, required under current EB-5 reform rules.
Funds release only upon specific milestones, such as the filing of your I-526E petition — not on day one.
Every case differs — this reflects a general, estimated sequence, not a guarantee of processing time.
Capital is placed in escrow and your I-526E petition is prepared and filed with USCIS.
USCIS reviews the petition; Rural TEA filings are processed within a reserved visa category.
Upon approval, you and your family receive conditional Green Cards.
Near the end of the conditional period, a petition is filed to remove conditions.
Upon approval, conditions are removed and permanent residence is granted.
If your status currently depends on an annual lottery, an employer's sponsorship, or a program end-date, EB-5 is a path to permanent residence that depends on none of those things.
EB-5 is not subject to an annual cap lottery the way H1B is.
Your status isn't tied to a specific employer or job title.
Your spouse and unmarried children under 21 are covered by the same petition.
